Chethan is responsible for the overall business operations at Zucitech. A technophile at heart, he leverages tech to complement Zucitech’s business operations objectives. With over two decades of experience in product development and delivery, Chethan brings extensive industry knowledge, project management, and research expertise to Zucitech.
Shashidhar S
Director of Technology
As Director of Technology, Shashidhar leads the technology team at Zucitech and is responsible for key engineering operations and technology strategy. He has been working in the enterprise software industry since 2004, primarily focusing on emerging technologies and implementing them to solve business problems across various geographies and industries.
Avinash Rao
Director of Business Development
Avinash is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in software development, sales, and global strategy. He is responsible for business development across all business units and is spearheading go-to-market strategies at Zucitech. Avinash has a strong interest in disruptive technologies and a wealth of experience in SaaS, ERP, and digital transformations through cloud. He is a respected thought leader and speaker with a passion for sales and strategy.
Sharad Shashidhar
Director of Engineering
Sharad has a rich experience of over 18 years in software engineering, most of it from Australia. He has a proven track record of leading and delivering high-quality software projects in banking, background checking services, and HR industries, and has successfully managed multiple clients across these industries. At Zucitech, Sharad leads our software engineering teams in developing and delivering innovative, scalable solutions that help our customers succeed – and is passionate about building teams and empowering engineers to do their best work.
